Primary Duties: Responsible for assisting the credit union President/CEO in the overall management of the credit union. Has direct responsibility for the leadership and management of front office operations and branch activities within established policies and guidelines. Responsible for monitoring credit union compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in directing all credit union operations, which include planning, recommending, and implementing programs and policies, and providing general administrative direction.
Develop and maintain a compliance program in accordance with required regulation or laws, state and federal.
Manage daily front office operations of credit union and establish office procedures.
Ensure that staff adheres to the personnel policy including the dress code and that a well groomed, professional appearance is maintained.
Monitor branch activity, including number of transactions, volume, teller errors, loan volume, teller and loan personal sales, and new accounts.
Review credit union operational procedures, documents, etc. for regulatory compliance, and make corrections as needed.
Assist monitoring rates of competitors and recommend changes to President/CEO.
Coordinate update of internet rate sheets, staff rate sheets and rate board to accurately reflect credit union rates.
